Vintage Toy & Collectible Store to Open in Grand Prairie June 11

Locally and independently owned Vintage Toy Rescue and Horton’s Toy Collectibles announced today that they are partnering to open a vintage toy and collectibles store in Grand Prairie on June 11, 2016. The opening of a store in this central location will make these items more accessible to underserved collectors in the central and western areas of the Metroplex.

"Charles (Horton) and I are collectors at heart with a passion for vintage toys and collectibles," said Bill Lawrence, owner of Vintage Toy Rescue.  "This new retail location allows us to share that passion with the community. We are always buying, selling, and trading vintage toys from the '60s thru the '90s as well as newer, modern pieces.”

"We will look at one article or a whole collection and enjoy visiting with folks who have found treasures in the attic, dug out dusty boxes of childhood toys, inherited a collection or made an interesting estate sale discovery. We provide honest appraisals from a knowledgeable staff and immediate cash payment."

Vintage Toy Rescue and Horton’s Toy Collectibles is located near the intersection of I-30 & President George Bush Turnpike, at 1614-B N. State Hwy. 161 in Grand Prairie. Hours of operation are: Fri 12-7, Sat 10-7 and Sun 12-7, Call 972-740-4424 or email info@vintagetoyrescue.com.
