 ank  with heirloom grain risotto\, Brussels sprouts\, roasted bell peppers
  with a Chianti redux\;  prime rib  served with pomme purée\, green bean a
 lmondine\, carrots\, and roasted veal demi\; or a  cioppino seafood stew
   with salmon\, mussels\, shrimp and a fennel-tomato broth accompanied by
  grilled bread. \nFor dessert\, diners may choose between  fried strawberr
 y cheesecake  with rum raisin anglaise and chocolate crunch or a  six-laye
 r carrot cake  with toasted oats\, cream cheese icing\, cranberries and su
